Our commitment is to solely represent commercial space users, tenants or buyers, never owners.  We believe the user must have an experienced  real estate professional with high integrity to safeguard the user's interest.  Having a broker of your choice will ensure that you, the user, will receive the best possible terms and conditions in the real estate transaction.

Most commercial real estate companies have a conflict of interests - they serve as agents for owners of properties, while at the same time trying to represent the tenant or buyer.  Dual agency occurs when one real estate company represents both the tenant/ buyer and the owner in a real estate transaction.  Sometimes it is one individual  on both sides, other times it is two individuals within the same firm.  The landlord's goal and objectives clearly conflict with the tenant's.  Next to payroll, rent is the highest expense for most companies. 

The quality of our advice to users is high.  Our allegiance is not divided between two opposing parties in a real estate transaction.  Properties are presented on their merits, not promoted to protect a fee or to satisfy a fiduciary obligation to a building owner.  We follow this fundamental philosophy for over 30 years.
